1)No Return and Exchange Policy:
-Due to Covid-19 situation we are opting for "No Return Policy".
-We understand it may cause some discomfort to our dear customers however we are bound by guidelines issued by the Government Authorities.
-We request you to send exact size and requirements.

2)Delay in Delivery:
-As we all are facing extraordinary situations there may be a delay in reaching the shipment to you.
-As we guarantee the delivery of shipment , there can be a delay in delivering the shipment as current conditions are out of our control.

 

3)Cash on Delivery is at extra cost :
-There are no proofs of Covid-19 spreading through handling of Cash but as it is advised by all our courier partners there will be extra charge on Cash on Delivery Service as they need to handle the cash.
-Digital payments are safe , fast and secure. We request to kindly do the same.

 

4)Wrong Pincode:
-Wrong pincode for delivery of shipments may cause a trouble for our courier partners and they may not deliver the package.
-We request you to provide exact pincode for smooth and speedy delivery.

 

5)Item Damage In Transit:
-We request you to take a video of package while opening it.There are incidents where packages are damaged in transit and our courier partners need a video of it as a proof for the same.
-We will not be able to replace the item in case there is no proof of damage of items in transit.
